Greg D. Hill is an avid rum enthusiast and champions the sugar cane spirit. As developer of the Rummelier® Certification program, he has leveraged his 35+ years of adult education experience to create curriculums for all levels of rum enthusiasts.  The Rummelier® program currently has hundreds of graduates that represent 28 countries worldwide. He founded the Richmond Rum Society with roots dating back to 2010 along with founding the Royal Rum Society in 2017 which has multiple chapters globally. An award-winning author, he has published 12 books on various topics including “It Came From The Cane” – a non-traditional book offering readers a fun-filled adventure into the world of rum.

Isabella was born and raised in a sugarcane estate in Northern Luzon in the Philippines. Her perspective and passion in the rum and distillery industry came in naturally with her upbringing. Isabella is the founder of Tampa Bay Rum Society — a professional community dedicated to sharing and advancing the knowledge in the rum industry.

A rum industry champion, Isabella actively participates in events hosted at the Tampa Bay community and other professional groups.

Dwight Jones is a avid rum fanatic, enthusiast and foodie who found his true passion for rum in his mid twenties. A User Experience Specialist (UX Designer) by day, has a natural passion for curating experiences to delight the customer, so in 2019 he decided to start a Rum tasting business 'Rum The Show' that would educate and at the same time, entertain his guests with interactive masterclasses. He sticks by the phrase "there is a Rum for everyone" 

Dwight is now offering rum training for bar/restaurant staff, Consultancy, and Culinary experiences for guest in the shape of Rum & Food Pairing events.

Andre Concepcion is a 33-year-old rum lover, fan, enthusiast, collector and many other things, in both English and Spanish. Rum has been part of Andre’s life since his early 20’s… Being from and living in the Dominican Republic, one of the largest rum-producing countries in the world, it was kind of expected.

His love, passion and curiosity about Rum got him to the Royal Rum Society in 2020, where he got his Rummelier Certification, becoming the first Rummelier based in the Dominican Republic. Andre also runs his own Instagram blog called “El Ronero” (@elronero), which translates to something like “The Rummer”, where he shares his journey through reviews, facts and general information about Rums from all over the world.

Andre really believes that Rum = Happiness, that is why he loves spreading the love and knowledge about Rum.Besides the Rummelier Certification, Andre holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineer and Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
