Jamaica Rum Flight

Known for its distinct “Funky” Flavors, Jamaica has consistently produced some of the most Flavorful Rums in in World. These unique flavors come as a result of fermentation and distillation techniques utilized for centuries focused on adjusting "ester" or - flavor -levels.

Appleton Estate 12

Since 1749, Appleton Estates has been producing fine spirits and is considered to be the 2nd oldest rum brand in the world. 12 Year Old Rare Casks is a true expression of Master Blender Joy Spence's passion. A blend of rare hand-selected pot and column still rums crafted with limestone-filtered water, all aged for a minimum of 12 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

Plantation Xaymaca

With Xaymaca Special Dry, Plantation revives the quintessential Jamaican-style, 100% pot still rums of the 19th century with an expression of intense flavors that reveal the traditional, legendary "Rum Funk" : aromas and flavors of black banana and flambéed pineapple,  Xaymaca Special Dry is a blend of rums distilled in the old John Dore pot still at Long Pond and the Vendôme at Clarendon.

Smith & Cross Jamaica Rum Contains Only Wedderburn And Plummer Pot Still Distillates, Famous For Their Notes Of Exotic Fruits And Spice. The Incomparable Complexity Of This Rum Delivers A Tour De Force Of Flavour That Historically Made It A Cornerstone Of Many Classic Rum Drinks.
