Flor de Caña 25 is a true “estate” spirit— meaning that every aspect of production takes place right in the shadow of the San Cristobal volcano. The Rum is naturally aged without sugar and distilled with renewable energy.
Hailing from Nicaragua- Flor de Cana is a sustainably produced premium rum that is carbon neutral & Fair Trade. Awarded Double Gold at SF World Spirit Awards in 2020 and Silver at IWSC in 2019.. It is bottled at 40% ABV or 80 proof.

Orginating from Venezuela, Diplomatico Ambassador Selection is a limited edition rum. It is crafted from 100% still pot rums and aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon casks and then tranferred for another couple of years to age in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. This expression does not contain any sweeteners, caramel or other additives which means it does not require chill filtration. It is bottled at 47% ABV or 94 Proof. The name is inspired by the 18th-century distiller Don Juancho Nieto Meléndez — also known as El Ambassador.

Ron Izalco 15 Yr. Cask Strength is a minimum 15 years aged rum from some of the finest Central American rum distilleries. It is a blend of rums from Nicaragua, Guatemala, Panama, Guyana and Costa Rica.With no sugar, no additive and bottled at 110.6 proof, this rum is a delight for cask strength lovers, rum purists and aficionados.
